← Return to the campus tourAsset credits and import notes
Prepared 15 October 2026. Powered by Poly Haven. All four source models and texture maps are licensed CC0 1.0. Poly Haven explicitly permits commercial use, modification and redistribution, including distribution with a product. Asset license · CC0 deed.
The tour can self-host these assets without a live API dependency. No proprietary furniture model, reference photograph, brand logo or venue image was downloaded for redistribution. The texture/geometry download files were checked against the publisher’s MD5 hashes and byte counts; SHA-256 records are in assets/asset_manifest.json.
The supplied .blend files are packed Blender 4.0 conversions of the published 4K glTF, with no lost external texture dependency. Matching .glb files are self-contained. All source .gltf, .bin and texture dependencies are also retained. No polygon reduction was applied to these masters.

| Modern Arm Chair 01 — Vibrant Nordic |
modern_arm_chair_01/modern_arm_chair_01_4k_packed.blend (30.3 MB); modern_arm_chair_01_4k.glb (32.9 MB) |
8,916 triangles; 0.82 × 0.99 × 1.02 m |
Podcast lounge, headquarters reception, sheltered rooftop pavilion. Preserve its true-scale footprint; group chairs around coffee tables with a clear walking route. |
| Sofa 02 — Kirill Sannikov |
sofa_02/sofa_02_4k_packed.blend (5.0 MB); sofa_02_4k.glb (5.0 MB) |
2,728 triangles; 1.81 × 0.82 × 0.71 m |
Interior club alcove or heritage lounge. This is a vintage leather settee, not an exterior-rated product. Use its actual 1.81 m width instead of scaling to fill a wall. |
| Potted Plant 01 — Rico Cilliers |
potted_plant_01/potted_plant_01_4k_packed.blend (19.6 MB); potted_plant_01_4k.glb (30.3 MB) |
176,226 triangles; 0.59 × 0.63 × 1.35 m |
Sheltered bar pavilion and studio-gallery corners. Set the base on the floor after allowing for its slightly negative source bounds. Use sparingly or use a simplified copy for repeated distant plants. |
| Outdoor Table Chair Set 01 — James Ray Cock |
outdoor_table_chair_set_01/outdoor_table_chair_set_01_4k_packed.blend (10.1 MB); outdoor_table_chair_set_01_4k.glb (10.6 MB) |
9,828 triangles; 0.78 × 1.83 × 0.86 m |
Rooftop café seating. The asset already contains a table and two chairs. Space copies using its full 1.83 m depth plus circulation, not the tabletop alone. |
Paths in the table are relative to campus/v2/assets/. Dimensions are Blender X/Y/Z after import; glTF uses its standard axis convention. Asset origins and actual bounds are recorded in Asset_Verification.json.

Import and placement checks
- All four assets opened successfully in Blender 4.0.2, with zero missing texture files. Each exported GLB is below 50 MB.
- Retain native dimensions. Chair backs, table legs, cushions and planters should not be sunk into slabs or overlap circulation. Use the full bounds when placing furniture.
- The plant is the heaviest asset (176,226 triangles). Use a few hero instances in close views; do not scatter hundreds into the browser model.
- These are visual furniture assets, not procurement specifications or evidence of existing furnishings.
Placement helper
assets/import_assets.py supplies place_asset(asset_id, location, rotation_z, collection, label, scale). It appends once and reuses mesh data for subsequent instances. Placement uses the combined XY bounds center and the lowest geometry point, so the location Z is the floor elevation. Rotation is in radians. The armchair and sofa face local −Y. All four assets passed floor and center checks after a 90-degree rotation. assets/Import_Helper_Verification.json records the result.
assets/Asset_Preview.png is a locally rendered check of all four assets, visually inspected for intact geometry and materials.
